1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Due to hygiene reasons, intimate products (e.g., menstrual cups, hygiene items) cannot be returned once opened.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used hygiene products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items purchased on clearance or special discounts
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refund will be issued via:
- Bank transfer
- Easypaisa / JazzCash (Pakistan)
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged on arrival
If you need an exchange, contact us with proof (image/video).
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- If the product is defective, we may cover return shipping
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
